2017 Exhibitor Info

        The January Thaw Equine Expo 2017!

 

 

 

  • Take a few minutes & share the January Thaw website & Facebook with your friends & customers
  • The building will be open from 3:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday January 20th to allow those who wish to set up. It will then be locked for the night, reopening at 7 am for exhibitors… **please note you should have someone there to secure your booth at this time.
  • Dress warmly on Friday as the big doors will be opening & closing.
  • Doors open to the public at 9 am so please be ready
  • On your honor replacement volunteers for your booth please pay at the door; after all it’s for the kids
  • Payment is required to save your spot. You have a few options:  Interac e-transfers, Credit Card or Cash. We will email your receipts.
  • The Capital exhibit Centre is very well equipped for plugs, just remember your extension cord and possibly some tape to secure it under foot.
  • Please remember your tables if you did not order any; Tables are available at $10.00 each (8′)
  • If selling baked goods, raffle tickets or 50/50 please respect the other vendors & remain in your booth
  • There will be a canteen on site, Tim Horton’s & William’s are close by
  • Please leave your booth in place until “January Thaw” closes @ 5pm
  • We encourage the exhibitors to donate a door prize or prize to the Children’s Wish Foundation booth
  • Keep an eye out for some Wish children; rumor has it that some will be attending
